Flowchart to establish your rights as a “natural person”

👉Constitution Act 1867 creates the governments of Canada

👇
Part V, Constitution Act 1867 creates the House of the legislative assembly of the People of the province in right of the People of the province.
Law is to be created to let us know what we should not do so we do not trespass on others rights.

👇
Part VI, Section 92 (8), Constitution Act 1867 creates the “Class of Subject” of Municipal Institutions which the provinces can establish legislation for

👇
Municipal Affairs Act 1990 creates the “Ministry of Municipal Affairs” and the “Minister of Municipal Affairs”

👇
Municipal Act 2001 creates the roles and responsibilities of the municipality

👇
Section 4, Municipal Act 2001 “The inhabitants of every municipality are incorporated as a body corporate”. Which establishes one body (root word - corpus)

🫵 You (capital Y) are Part (capital P) of that body (municipality). Capital, because you are sovereign

👇
Section 9, Municipal Act 2001 “A municipality has the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act.”

🫵 You (capital Y) as Part (capital P) of that body (municipality) have the capacity, rights, powers, and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act.
Capital, because you are sovereign and any other “Act” would include the Canadian Bill of Rights, 1960

Argument to establish your rights as a
“natural person”

🫵 (You) are a Part of the municipality, under Section 4, Municipal Act (Ontario); and

as a Part of the municipality, it would appear You have the capacity, rights, powers and privileges of a natural person for the purpose of exercising its authority under this or any other Act.

AND this is an Act of Legislation subject to the Constitution Act 1867...

It would appear that voting may not be the “only” thing you can do to change the law…

What if you are at the negotiation table and your representative is not saying, or doing, what was agreed upon?  You’d likely step in front and take over the negotiation, wouldn’t you?

Think about a “judicial proceeding”.  You’re likely thinking about a court…okay, let’s work with that.

Think about how most proceedings begin.  Claim made, claim filed, claim registered, claim served to applicable parties (Notice)…

What if I told you that the Houses of the Legislatures are also a judicial proceeding?  Definitions - Section 118, Criminal Code (Canada)

Let that sink in.
